Honeymoon Highlights, Part I

After the wedding was over, Jonathan and I spent the night at the Disney Vero Beach Resort. We only took one photo of the room, and it was of the towel lobster that was on the bed. We got all kinds of Disney "perks" for being a bride and groom, but we didn't get to cash-in on any, since we arrived around midnight and had to be out by eleven the next morning.

We took the scenic route up to Melbourne, along the coast. We stopped at Kristina's place (she had a few people staying with her from out-of-state), and a large group of us went to brunch at The Blueberry Muffin. Then it was on to packing and getting last-minute items (which included swim fins and snorkels, since three of our friends went in on a super-surprise gift of sea scooters that we took on our cruise). Somehow we got another big group (of different people than the breakfast group) together for dinner at Makoto's, a local hibachi grill.
The next morning we were off bright and early toward Miami! Jonathan's parents drove us down to the Port, where we were excited to board the Carnival Victory.
